The Bekaa Valley

From the snow-capped peaks, where the proud green cedars reach for the sky, springs rise and flow down into the Bekaa Valley. There they water the vines, while the sun kisses the grapes that hang heavy on the branches.

Our story

10 years of Lebanese hospitality

Lebanese cuisine is full of flavour. You start with small, fresh mezza and end with dishes from the grill, always to share.

At Fatoush we cook with fresh ingredients every day. Have a dietary need? Our chef is happy to adapt the dishes for you. We love to surprise you with an authentic menu and true Lebanese hospitality.

Saida and Tyre

Then on to Saida, the gateway to the south and the city of soap, and to Tyre, the bride of the sea, where the fishermen return at sunrise, among orchards full of orange and lemon trees.

From how many people is a group dinner?

How does mezza work?

Mezza are small dishes you share together. Count on about three mezza per person, or choose one of our menus.

Fatoush catering

Catering terms

1. Ordering

Catering is ordered for at least 10 people and at least 3 days in advance. Your order is final once you have received a confirmation from us by email and, when paying online, the payment has gone through.

2. Prices

All prices are per person and include VAT. Delivery cost depends on the distance to your location. We tell you in advance, before your order is final.

3. Payment

You pay in advance, online via iDEAL or another payment method we offer, or in the way we agree together.

4. Changes

You can change the number of people up to 3 days before the date. Extra people are paid on top. Fewer people is possible up to 3 days in advance; we refund the difference.

5. Cancellation

Up to 12 hours before the agreed time you can cancel free of charge and get the full amount back. Within 12 hours of the agreed time no refund is possible. If we cannot deliver for any reason, you get the full amount back.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because catering is prepared for a fixed date, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. You can cancel as described in point 5.

7. Allergies

Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you order. Our kitchen works with nuts, sesame, gluten and dairy, among others. We take your needs into account as much as possible, but cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free of allergens.

8. After delivery

Eat the buffet within 2 hours of delivery, or keep it refrigerated. After delivery you are responsible for storing the food. Dishes and tableware we lend you are collected by us or returned by you as agreed.

9. Complaints
